Love this FLORIST! She is so professional and kind; always taking extra measures to ensure customer satisfaction! I’ve made several last minute requests for her service and if she is in town, the requests are always taken care of with her golden touch. She loves and appreciates her customers so much and doesn’t hesitate to show it. She has never disappointed me and my family. Bufford’s Florist & Gifts will always be my Florist of choice.

We have ordered several custom arrangements from Bufford's florist and experienced excellent communication and service every time. Our flowers always arrive fresh with plenty of thoughtful details in the mix. I ordered fresh roses in a peach/pink tone to decorate my daughter's birthday cake and they were delivered the next morning in perfect condition. Oh...and their lillies are always stunning!

I ordered a $75. Arrangement that was mostly roses. I was in Great Falls on Sunday, the arrangement she received was nothing like what I ordered. Not a single rose in it! I was disappointed and embarrassed. I feel like I paid $75. for a $35. Arrangement!

The flowers were left on the front porch and of course overnight the cold got to them. My aunt was not home when they were delivered so whoever delivered them left them on the front porch and her daughter found them the next day.
