Simply the best. Very professional and caring. One of many things that I love about this beautiful young lady is her communication and commitment to satisfying her customers. Her arrangements are always fresh and beautiful.

Wonderful Shopping experience. I’m over two hours away and needed to send a pick me up bouquet .. I called, the person I spoke to was very kind and guided me to their webpage to place my order.. they were delivering The “Yellow Frenzy”was perfect.the entire experience was wonderful, from the initial conversation to the website placing the order..
My order was Delivered as requested and promised.
I would highly recommend this florist, to locals and anyone sending orders from a distance.
My order couldn’t have been managed any better from beginning to delivery!

We have ordered several custom arrangements from Bufford's florist and experienced excellent communication and service every time. Our flowers always arrive fresh with plenty of thoughtful details in the mix. I ordered fresh roses in a peach/pink tone to decorate my daughter's birthday cake and they were delivered the next morning in perfect condition. Oh...and their lillies are always stunning!

I ordered a $75. Arrangement that was mostly roses. I was in Great Falls on Sunday, the arrangement she received was nothing like what I ordered. Not a single rose in it! I was disappointed and embarrassed. I feel like I paid $75. for a $35. Arrangement!

The customer service was great I called to check and see had it been delivered it had not been delivered at the moment but when I reached out she said that it was going out that it was ready and that she would call me when she delivered the flowers personally and she did call me soon as she delivered the flower and handing it to the customer I really appreciate the service that y'all gave I give you all five stars and continue to do what y'all doing y'all be blessed

The flowers were left on the front porch and of course overnight the cold got to them. My aunt was not home when they were delivered so whoever delivered them left them on the front porch and her daughter found them the next day.
